WHITE HOUSE (August 21, 2018) In a match about as close as a 3-1 loss can be, Harpeth fell to a tough White House Heritage team on Tuesday.
The Lady indian got off to a fast start, winning the first set 25-23. Unfortunately that was the only set they would win tonight, losing the next three sets in close match play, 25-23, 25-22 and 25-14.
This was a renewal of a district rivalry as such, as both teams were a part of the same district before Harpeth dropped down to Class A.
Harpeth is still without one of their seniors on the court as Rhian Schliwa is recovering from a fractured ankle. The good news is that she is hoping to return before the end of the season to play for a repeat of the district and region titles.
The Lady Indians are now 3-2 not the season and 2-0 in District 12-A play.
