Blakely Wilkinson, Clarksville High School--The junior outside hitter had 18 kills, 25 digs, 5 aces in two games last week both wins. “Blakely is one of the most well-rounded players I’ve ever coached. She is exceptional in the passing game and is one of the players that we depend on for a kill. She has started on varsity for two years now and is improving every aspect of her game daily. As a coach you can’t ask for a player that works as hard as Blakely does. She is one of the key reasons we are going into the District tournament as the number one seed,” her coach Glen Fox said.

Katherine Colon, Montgomery Central High School–The senior libero had five aces and 70 digs this week, to add to her 28 aces and 319 digs. “Katherine is a leader on the court with her consistent passes and digs. Her strong float serve often allows the team to get runs on serving,” her coach Courtney Brown said.

Ella Bailey, Sycamore High School–The junior outside hitter had 5 aces, 18 kills, 36 digs and 19 passes for the week. “We changed our rotation us a couple of weeks ago but it didn’t phase her. She played really well on offense and defense,” her coach Lea Hunter said.
